Dear Friends:

Welcome you to this Blog which aims to take a look at the task of combating corruption from a very constructive, comprehensive and innovative angle.

This Blog is an initiative to suggest that, as a follow up to the ongoing movement for a sound Lokpal Bill, all well-meaning anti-corruption crusaders come on a single platform, strike a consensus amongst themselves, join hands and lead to the formation of a pro-active ‘Well-Organized, Comprehensive, Coordinated and Constructive Nationwide Movement to Combat Corruption’ as a solution to tackle this all pervading corruption in a very non-violent, democratic, effective and sustained manner.

The Primary Documents of this site are "An Open Letter to All Anti-Corruption Crusaders (especially to Team Anna)" & "Mission Combat Corruption & India Reconstruction - A Concept Note".

I request you to positively join this cause with your valuable comments and opinions. Together, let’s try to make this a real platform for constructive debate on the very important issue of corruption and on ways to tackle it in a very non-violent, democratic and effective manner.

Thanks and have a nice reading,

'CORRUPTION (ACROSTIC)

Covert, callous, clandestine operations
Outrageous acts of politicians assuming alarming proportions
Root out all evil, raze to ground, let’s
Rise up together for a cause …
Usurpers be taken to task, umbrella of justice be opened.
Protectors of Law consequent by their absence, ominous silence!
Truth, honesty and values be restored-
India shivering, her neighbours threatening,
Oust all evil! Echo this across till it touches the masses
Need of the hour stay focused to root all evils, restore India’s glory.

One frail looking man was responsible for gaining independence from the powerful British using non violent means.  And today Anna Hazare, supported by several enthusiasts and patriots are striving for a corrupt free India, which we can be proud of.  Our collective thoughts and actions can evoke a revolution and cause the change, which we all are yearning for.

  1. Dear Friend:A wonderful Acrostic that touches the heart of Corruption. Thanks so much for the kind and supportive words with which you contributed this piece of work. Let's wish Anna and his Team great success in their committed efforts to combat corruption. As exhorted by this blog if only they could sit down for a while, call forth opinions from a wide spectrum of intellectuals who are also part of the civil society they represent, discuss and draw up a concrete plan rather than go about it hastily. Thank you, once again.
